Refund policy

 RETURNS

We do not accept returns of any kind. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be sent back due to the product not being eligible for reuse.

REFUNDS

You will be eligible for a refund if:  

  1. The product was received damaged the day of the package being delivered
  2. The product was lost during transportation and It has been more than 24 hours since the delivered date per tracking number. 

For damaged products as please send picture proof to our email and we can discuss the next action to take. We do not give refunds if the product was left in the package for days/weeks after delivery and not stored in a room temperature environment.

Refunds will not be given if you placed an order and requesting one within the shipping policy days. Once your order has been made you are agreeing to our shipping policy. For any reason we do not ship your order after our shipping buisness days you can be eligible. Refunds will also not be given if your order is in transit.

Refunds will not be issued if you mistaken the product for something else. We have many resources and tutorials on our social media pages and our website about how to use our products. Please understand what you are buying before purchasing. 

Refunds will not be issued if you returned the product without letting us know. As stated in our return policy, we do not accept returns of any kind. USPS will not alert us if a package is being returned. All returns will be thrown away.

Please access your tracking number sent to your email after your order has been shipped out on delivery updates per USPS before emailing us asking where It is.
