SHIPPING TIME FRAME
Please allow 3-10 business days (excluding federal holidays and weekends) for us to process and ship out the products. Once the products are fulfilled you will receive a email with your tracking number. Although we cannot control how USPS handles our packages during transportation, please contact us ASAP if your products are lost or damaged. You will be offered your order to be shipped out again free of charge or a refund per policy
WRONG ADDRESS/RESHIPPING
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package has been shipped, customers will be responsible for the reshipping fee (shipping prices will vary based on location and shipping cost) to send the package to the correct address.
